CONTRACT

All tours in this brochure are operated by Pine Holidays. When a booking is made, which is accepted by us, it constitutes a contract between you and Pine Holidays and all bookings are taken on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions. We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any Airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no other control in the running of them, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, or deficiency in services which is caused by the act of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.(The contract and the Disputes, if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam courts only).

ACCOMODATION

All tours, planned itineraries and package plans are based on twin or double accommodation. The listed hotels/resorts are subject to availability. In case of non availability of accommodation at the listed hotels, equivalent accommodation will be provided, wherever possible. The mentioned rates are not valid for festival seasons, conferences, events etc.

VALIDITY

Itineraries, resorts, hotels and prices published in this brochure are subject to change anytime without prior notice.

PRICES

Any increase in transport rate prior to the date of departure or change in exchange rates will have to be borne by passenger.

NOTE

The company shall not accept any liability/responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death, delay breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (In the event of a passenger falling ill or suffering any accident during the journey, all hospital expenses and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his/her illness/accident are the responsibility of the passenger). Additional expenses caused due to weather conditions ,strikes, war or any other cause whatsoever all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.

RESERVATION POLICY

Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and balance to be paid 10 days prior to the commencing of the tour so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

30 days before the commencement of the tour: 25 % of the tour cost will be levied.
20 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
Less than 10 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
No refunds entitled “for no shows”.

For the month of December and January there won’t be any refund for cancellations.The rates mentioned in the brochure is not applicable for December and January.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Accommodations on double sharing basis with base category room at all destinations.
Meal plan will be on CP (Room with Breakfast) in hotel.
Transfers and sightseeing with N/AC Vehicle.
Includes toll, parking, driver bata, interstate permit & fuel cost.

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

Any Air/train fares & Personal expenses like telephone, fax, internet, laundry, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Entry ticket, permit fees, boat/ ferry ticket, camera ticket at various places of sightseeing.
Any other expenses or services not mentioned in inclusions.

IMPORTANT

The company shall not be responsible for any sightseeing missed by the passengers, or for the amount spend by them on optional tour.
Please read all terms and conditions before booking the tour.
All complaints / claims must be made in writing within 15 days after the tour concludes. Otherwise these will not be entertained.
Refunds if any will be made by cheque only.
The company exercises the right to alter / vary or withdraw any facility it has advertised. In such cases the company is not liable to pay any compensation.
